Thanks to my extensive experience and confident use of advanced mathematical methods in geology, I achieve outstanding results in the estimation of mineral resources. My in-depth knowledge in risk management and project management ensures high efficiency and optimality in mining operations.
I am an energetic, motivated and communicative person with creative thinking. My career is related to innovation and rationalisation, which allows me to identify inefficient chains of algorithms and processes.
My professional research activities have been recognised at four scientific and industrial conferences where I have presented projects on geological modelling and mineral resource estimation. My experience in prospect evaluation has also been recognised as a success. My experience includes involvement in various mineral resource estimation projects and supervising mining reconciliation at managed operations. I am also involved in the development and promotion of geometallurgical model building methodologies and the evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness of converting Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves. My career path is characterised by achievements and growth, starting as a district geologist and ending with the position of head of geological modelling department in a large company. I am confident that my efforts and commitment to innovation will help me to continue to excel and grow in the future.
The main tool of my work is Datamine. I successfully implement the most complex scripts to simplify the work process and reduce the cost time without losing the result. One of my main achievements is the developed and fully implemented additional block integrated into the Datamine interface to simplify the process of modelling and estimation of mineral resources according to specified production parameters. I am also an active user of LeapFrog and Micromine. I also use NPV Scheduler, Snowden Supervisor, AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL and VBA languages helps me to consolidate the results of innovations
With my experience of 8 years in geology at various mine sites, I have been able to make significant progress in various aspects of the field. My activities have included maintaining databases, building mineralisation and grade control models and estimating Mineral Resources. During my career, I have been involved in supervising tonnage and metal mining reconciliation procedures, as well as automating the maintenance and storage of information for geological services. Today my main task is to organise and support geological modelling for deposits. I am also involved in the control and validation of geological models and mineral resource estimation at various stages of long-term, medium-term and short-term planning.
An important element of my experience is the development of algorithms and methodologies for modelling and grade estimation at supervised enterprises. My experience also includes successfully prepared CPR and PFS reports in accordance with the JORC code.
My career in geology continues to evolve and I continue to strive for new achievements and growth in this exciting field.

Supervisor, NPV Scheduler). I use LeapFrog in conjunction with Datamine to improve results and to allow for different approaches to resource estimation. My database and big data skills allow me to monitor and control the data process at every stage, predicting results and improving them before they are created. Combined with my broad mineral resource experience, this allows me to deliver improved quality and consistent results for different deposits. Additional skills include programming skills in VBA and JAVA languages
